MemoDictionary is a vocabulary-building platform that helps users search, save, and retain words across multiple languages. Core features include:
- The Vault: Your personal word list, synced across all your devices.
- Spaced Repetition System (SRS): Adaptive quizzes that reinforce words based on your learning performance.
- Intelligent Discovery: Suggestions for related "Bridge Words" based on your search history.
- AI-Powered Translations: High-fidelity definitions and translations powered by third-party APIs.
3. User Accounts
To access personalized features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

Your personal vocabulary data (words saved in your Vault) remains your own content.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs to provide translations and definitions. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MemoDictionary is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party providers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemoDictionary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
